At Horwich Farrelly we place a firm emphasis on recognising talent and promoting from within. This is what makes securing a training contract at Horwich Farrelly distinctly different from most other law firms as we only recruit from our existing employees.
Once you are an employee of Horwich Farrelly and have passed your probationary period you are eligible to apply for a training contract via the internal application process.
As you’ll have already gained significant experience managing a caseload and taking cases to trial, your training programme is accelerated from the standard two year period to just 18 months.

- You will be acting as a face of the firm in dealing directly with clients, and so it is important you are organised and can follow instructions, but also willing to use your own initiative.
- Effective communication skills are a must – you will be trusted to develop productive client relationships.

You will be provided with a comprehensive education as well as full training on the role and firm itself, giving you all the skills required to progress in becoming a successful.
