The Personal Injuries (NHS Charges) (Amounts) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 for England and Wales and The Personal Injuries (NHS Charges) (Amounts) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2020 have been published and the new rates are effective from 1 April 2020.

We are ensuring that all our handlers use the revised figures for relevant claims in due course and our clients will also need to ensure that their reserves for relevant claims on or after 1 April 2020 reflect the increased charges.
