The eight new trainee solicitors have been offered full-time contracts following their successful application and they join a further eight hired earlier in the year.
Having recently become a limited company that looks to expand its services in the UK and beyond, the new hires demonstrate Horwich Farrelly’s long-standing commitment to creating the next generation of legal professionals.
The eight new trainee solicitors have been offered full-time contracts following their successful application and they join a further eight hired earlier in the year.
The new roles will be based across the firm’s various offices including Manchester and Southampton across the Counter Fraud, Motor & Casualty and Commercial Debt Recovery teams.
As part of its commitment to growing its own staff, Horwich Farrelly is one of the only practices operating in the legal sector to exclusively offer training contracts to existing employees.
Managing Partner, Ronan McCann, said: “We have a fantastic team here and I am really impressed by the new solicitors coming through. They are dedicated to getting the best outcomes for clients and are keen to learn and try new ways of doing things. This is an incredible time for Horwich Farrelly as we continue to build up our expertise and move into new markets.”
Claire Rennison, Graduate & Recruitment Specialist at Horwich Farrelly, added: “We are so pleased to be welcoming the new trainee solicitors joining us at Horwich Farrelly.
During the recruitment process the chosen hires demonstrated the necessary technical skills and legal knowledge to start what we hope will be a long and successful career with the firm.
We are committed as a firm to support not just our trainees, but also their supervisors, providing them with new guidance on how to help support the supervision of a trainee during their Training Contract.”
