Sue Colvin
Sue is a seasoned Medical & Rehabilitation Manager with a special interest in multi-trauma cases and highly skilled expertise in limb reconstruction, non-union, amputation and prosthetics as well as pain management and psychological treatment post-injury.
Having worked as a case manager since 2002, Sue is committed to making a significant positive impact on the lives of claimants. Her exceptional skills in assessing the rehabilitation needs of claimants and co-ordinating seamlessly with all parties involved in a claim, help ensure the most efficient and appropriate rehabilitation. Her extensive knowledge of the most proficient providers in both the NHS and private sectors drives her ability to make well-informed decisions tailored to the unique circumstances of every individual and case.
With a profound understanding of orthopaedic and multi-trauma cases including psychological conditions such as PTSD, anxiety and depression, Sue has successfully facilitated returns to work with pre-injury employers as well as helping claimants explore new employment opportunities. Her ultimate goal is to achieve positive recovery outcomes and conclusive results for all parties involved.
David Partington
David is highly regarded in the industry as an experienced legal expert with an impressive 16-year career in representing Public Body clients and delivering exceptional Defendant Litigation Services.
Navigating the complexities of working with corporate clients in the public eye, David has honed a keen awareness of the broader landscape, taking into account the heightened levels of accountability and scrutiny they face.
David’s extensive legal knowledge spans a wide range of matters, including Professional Negligence, Nuisance, Defamation, Inquests, Fatal Accidents, Motor Liability, Public Liability, Employer’s Liability, Occupier’s Liability, Public Official’s Liability, Building Disrepair, and Land/Boundary Disputes.
Dealing with larger cases and local authority work, David’s arrival brings a new area of focus and skillset to HF’s Large Loss Teams.
