HF are delighted to have taken on two new Partners based in Glasgow.
James McMillan has in-depth expertise focused on commercial litigation, commercial law, white collar crime and regulatory investigations and prosecutions. James also advises on specialist legal issues related to ownership and use of rural property (including wildlife crime and firearms licensing).
Seonaid Busby has a wealth of experience across a wide spectrum of liability claims including catastrophic injuries arising from road traffic, public and employers’ liability as well as the resultant regulatory prosecutions. Seonaid will also complement HF’s marine practice with her expertise in specialist shipping injury claims.
