Horwich Farrelly is continuing to nurture talent within its organisation with the announcement of nineteen new associates. Reflecting the firm’s commitment to rewarding performance and progressing gender equality, all of the appointments are promotions from within the business and fourteen were of women.
Twelve of the newly-promoted associates
The new appointments also illustrate the firm’s strategy of expanding its expertise across its network of offices. Of the 19 new associates, 14 have been appointed in Manchester, two each in Liverpool and London, and one in Sheffield.
“This is the highest number of promotions we’ve had in a single round, and takes our total number of associates to 56,” comments Ronan McCann, Partner of Horwich Farrelly. “And, importantly, these appointments illustrate the success of our associate development scheme, which focuses on nurturing talent from inside the firm, and building strength and commitment within our teams. By honing the expertise of those already working in our business we can develop the best legal teams to deliver the best results for our clients.
“This latest boost to the knowledge and expertise within the business further demonstrates how Horwich Farrelly is shaping to adapt to whatever the future holds, and provides a strong foundation for further strategic growth as we enter 2018.”
