Andrew is based in our Glasgow office and has extensive experience in handling large loss casualty claims, with a specialism in occupational disease. He is instructed by the legacy market, insurers, self-insured businesses, public bodies, brokers and adjusters.

He deals with all aspects of EL and PL claims. He conducts litigation in the Court of Session and the Sheriff Court, relating to fatal, personal injury, short tail and long tail disease and environmental claims and has experience of the Appeal Court in Scotland.

Andrew has worked across a wide variety of sectors including the rail, transportation, construction, energy, engineering and offshore industries.

He is a ranked lawyer in Chambers, described as “one of the best in Scotland in occupational disease claims”, “good on tactics” and “a great negotiator”.

Andrew also speaks at conferences, provides training on all aspects of Scottish claims and litigation to clients across industries and has a strong track record as a mentor.
