Louise is a specialist aviation lawyer with over 20 years of experience in defendant insurance work. She advises a range of aviation clients including UK and overseas airports, PRM providers and hot air balloon owners and operators.
Louise deals with a wide range of work including personal injury claims and litigation, aircraft related property damage claims and breaches of the Montreal Convention.
Louise is also an expert in dealing with claims and litigation arising from PRM Services at Airports and the implications of EC1107/2006.
