Martin Browne joined HF in August 2022. He has extensive experience in defence personal injuries litigation, specifically public liability, employers’ liability and motor claims, from minor claims to catastrophic claims and including multi-party actions across all courts and forums. He is also frequently asked by both Irish and UK based Insurers / Lloyds Syndicates to provide specialist coverage advice on complex policy and indemnity issues and to advise generally on insurance disputes and policy wordings.

In addition to his personal injury practice, Martin has significant experience in contentious Professional Indemnity matters and specifically in relation to high value, multi-party, construction-related disputes. He is a firm advocate of ADR and has regularly represented Insurers at mediation. Martin is a member of the Law Society of Ireland and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.
