Rebecca’s pragmatic advice covers a wide range of everyday employee relations issues including disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy and business reorganisation, TUPE, discrimination, contracts of employment, policies & procedures and settlement agreements. Her extensive experience in representing clients at employment tribunals includes unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. She conducts case management preliminary hearings, consistently achieving favourable outcomes for clients while working to resolve disputes efficiently. Rebecca also advises on all aspects of employment related to corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, share purchase agreements and service or consultancy agreements.
