Richard is a Partner in the restructuring and insolvency team. He has 15 years’ experience in the insolvency arena, advising clients across a broad range of issues.
Richard’s clients include insolvency practitioners, lenders and receivers, companies and directors, creditors and debtors.
He has a unique perspective on commercial debt recovery for financial institutions, having been on secondment to a major financial institution early in his career. Notably, Richard acted for the successful applicant in the case of Enterprise Insurance Company plc [2017].
