David has over 15 years’ experience working across a number of business sectors and geographies. As a highly-experienced IT leader and technology change advocate, he has a successful background in legal, financial, consulting, telecommunications and retail sectors. David has a key focus and experience in driving strategic technical change and innovation in line with commercial and business considerations. Throughout his career, David has acted as a change agent enabling IT operations within organisations to deliver tangible business benefits and outcomes through technology adoption. This includes a key focus on defining strategies, technology roadmaps and adapting operating models and organisational structures to ensure agile delivery as well as working for outsource organisations and consultancies focused on service and process improvements. David has extensive experience in architecture across all areas of technology, and brings a wealth of IT industry insight to the Horwich Farrelly technical team. He is a graduate of Information Systems at Swinburne University of Technology in Australia.
