Our vision is very simple, we want to be the leading provider of legal recoveries services in the UK to the insurance industry and self-insured markets.

Our innovative systems, such as HARP, HEART and HOLLY and our processes ensure we effectively and efficiently manage hundreds of millions on reserves for our clients as we resolve tens of thousands of liability and quantum disputes every year.

We provide the full end to end service, from sending Letter Before Action through to the Court Process and on to Enforcement, if required. Our specialists manage customer expectations throughout, from the process of drafting witness statements and reviewing third party evidence to the court process, from issuing County Court proceedings, instructing Counsel, drafting court documents, following Court directions, applications, and deadlines. Providing outstanding and innovative customer service is what we do well.
